| Casey Curry spent a majority of his life playing music. He was in quite a few bands. Then he wasn’t. Desiring to find a fresh endeavor, he started taking pictures. And wearing bowties. To this day he still observes one of those practices faithfully. Artistic expression has always a part of Casey’s life. Raised by two lifelong artists – a painter and an antique restoration specialist - Casey learned at an early age that the impulse to create can and should be followed to its natural end. While time has shifted the manifestation of this early life lesson from macaroni doodles to fulfilling the creative needs of clients ranging from Puma to Sony to Fox, Casey has maintained the integrity of his core value: Collaboration. Whether working with bands to ensure a representation through photography that highlights a niche aesthetic or working with brands to provide a unique vision that pushes a diverse product mix to the fore, Casey maintains a client-side approach that ensures a smooth process and a successful product. When he's not taking pictures, Casey still works avidly composing music for syndication and regularily performs throughout Southern California with his band Belize. In no particular order, and sometimes all at once, Casey also enjoys hiking, wine, classic film, antique cars, and burritos. |
